Economics Major:
I studied economics major and I am convinced and love it very much. Because Economics major provides the preparation and understanding of the importance of some economic issues. It provides Economics students to learn how to think creatively and deeply about some of the most important economic concerns facing the world today. Also, teach us how to apply a variety of theoretical perspectives to issues of economic efficiency, economic growth, globalism, social justice, wealth and poverty, power, individual freedom, discrimination, cultural values, and environmental concerns. Every day we hear about economically related problems on a global scale, especially in Lebanon we view how the economic crisis can affect negatively in Lebanon and we started seeing its bad results on daily basis. Only the economists and students of economics can understand properly this crisis because they theoretically apply on a daily basis what they have learned and what they learned in economics major.
